Need a quick idea to make for your kids’ Valentine Treats? Here’s one.
These are so quick and easy! I started with a 2″ x 5-1/2″ piece of Real Red card stock and scored it at 2-1/2″ & 3″. Then I just punched both ends with the Ornate Tag topper punch (or you could use any of the 3 tag topper punches). Stuck a heart shaped Lollipop (from Walmart) in the hole inside, tied some ribbon around it and added a cute heart and greeting from the Groovy Love stamp set. Easy peasy!
Hello! I hope you are having a fantastic Monday – in spite of it being Monday. :) Maybe this will brighten your day a bit. Look at this super cute home decor project my stamping club members got to make this past week.
I was inspired to make this project by our Bi-Monthly magazine we receive as Demonstrators, called Stampin’ Success. The cover featured a beautiful framed home decor project similar to this. I just made one on a smaller scale using a 4×6 frame. And, guess what? The heart punch I used is on sale on the weekly deals only through the end of today! It’s called Sweetheart Punch. Also, the punch I used to get the teeny tiny hearts is also on sale through today – the Hearts Border Punch.
Hi! I was out of pocket last week attending Stampin’ Up!’s Leadership Conference and ran out of time to get any blog posts scheduled. So, sorry I was silent last week! I had an awesome time and I’ll share a few photos later with you from that fun event.
Today, here’s a fun card using our new Chalkboard Paper and Chalk Inks. Did you know we have those? They’re new in the Occasions Catalog and lots of fun to play with!
ALSO…. It’s Tuesday, which means Stampin’ Up! has new Weekly Deals! Here’s this week’s deals. Don’t miss out – they’re only on sale through next Monday, February 9!
Hello! I hope you had a great weekend and holiday for those of you that live in the US and got a holiday for Martin Luther King Day. It’s always nice to have an extra long weekend.
This card features a beautiful new single stamp called Love is Kindness. It is on pg. 32 of the Occasions Catalog.
I stamped the image in my Tuxedo Black Momento pad and then colored it in with the awesome Blendabilies Markers. I used 2 of the 4 new colors in the Occasions Catalog – Pink Pirouette and Wild Wasabi. I also used the lightest of the Smoky Slate set on the newspaper.
And speaking of Blendabilities, you can get the Skin Tone Assortment on sale this week! Here’s this week’s Weekly Deals:
About a month ago, I needed to make a baby card for a gift I took to a baby shower. I wish I had taken a picture of the gift sack I put the gift in because I created this card using colors to match the bag. But, you’ll just have to take my word for it. :)
It uses the Something for Baby stamp set along with the coordinating framelits. I sure love it when it’s super easy to cut out a stamped shape with matching framelits! Before you search all through the catalogs looking for this cute dotted paper – it’s not there. I made this paper using a little dot stamp from a past Paper Pumpkin Kit.
This is a good time to remind you how awesome the Paper Pumpkin Subscription is! You get a super fun and cute kit in the mail every month. They always come with all the precut paper supplies you need, ink and a fun stamp set that you can reuse for other projects (such as this one!). You can subscribe monthly and your card will be charged each month (just $19.95 per month) or you can purchase prepaid subscriptions. AND, now is the perfect time to purchase a prepaid subscription because the 3 month subscription is on sale for $54.85 AND you’ll get to select a FREE Sale-a-Bration product when you purchase it! Woo hoo!

Hello! I hope you are having a good week!
Here’s a super cute birthday card to brighten up your day! This was another one of my January club projects.
I’m in love with the cute little Pompom Trim! It adds such a cute touch to any project.
If I had to tell you right now what my favorite new product is in the Occasions Catalog, I would say the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits Die. I am loving this cute die! It make these super cute little treat bags quickly and easily plus there are so many other cute dies in the set.
This little bag is one of my January club projects.
I used the You Plus Me stamp set but chose non-traditional Valentine colors by using this super cute Designer Series Paper that you can earn free during Sale-a-Bration (with a $50 order). It’s called Best Year Ever. And, it is my favorite new paper at the moment. I also used the Best Year Ever Accessory Pack (another free SAB choice) and it comes with 3 spools of ribbon and 24 buttons in the same 3 colors.
Here’s another cute Valentine card using the new You Plus Me stamp set along with the Stacked with Love dsp stack. These two products are available in a bundle at 15% off the regular price.
Don’t forget that now through the end of March, you’ll receive a FREE Sale-a-Bration product of your choice for EVERY $50 you spend (before shipping & tax)!! Take a look at all the great products you can earn for free in the Sale-a-Bration brochure on the right.
I don’t know about you, but I just think the sentiment on this card is so stinkin’ cute! It’s from the Groovy Love stamp set, I’ve been waiting for it to get close to Valentine’s Day to use it. I’ve seen this card template a few different places and thought it was super cute, so my club members got to make this card last week at their January club meeting.
The little hearts are all punched out from the new Stacked with Love Designer Series Paper Stack.
Happy New Year! I sure hope you had a fabulous holiday and start to your New Year!
